Describe the process that you plan to use to conduct research, identify findings, and develop the Comprehensive Project that is due in Unit 5, and present a brief outline indicating how you intend to organize the project deliverable. Review the process and outlines of other students, providing objective feedback that will strengthen the effectiveness of their efforts and the quality of the finished product. Quality management is the process in which the procedures that are followed to ensure that the delivery of research produce a team “fit for purpose”. The start of quality management process involves coming up with quality targets that are agreed upon by the customer. The quality assurance process and the quality control process are then undertaken in a means to measure report and the actual quality of deliverables. An issue that is identified is immediately solved. The quality management process in implemented any time an individual need to improve quality of work. This does not matter if an individual produces deliverable as part of the project or operational team and effective quality management and assurance process (Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2016). One of the major assumptions in conducting the project management is the fact that quality must be controlled and ensured. There are various opinions on how quality is measured and means in which companies demonstrate their commitment for continuous improvement in a means to create competitive advantage. The projects that are delivered within budget and on time do fail if the quality of deliverable is poor. Quality management involves means of identify and following the quality requirement, auditing results of quality measurement and using them to control quality. The two main goals of quality management include the ensuring quality end product and that all the processes involved in a project lifecycle is carried out efficiently.
